From a single customer to a network of 30 dealers with 4 on-site sales representatives: Dieci Telehandlers, manufacturer of telescopic handlers since 1963, exports to over 70 countries but had consistently underestimated the opportunities in Eastern Europe.
Since 2010, the year when the partnership with Moroder Consulting began, we have developed a complete sales network, including also a back-office and after-sales support. Thanks to this approach, the company has strengthened its presence in new strategic markets, significantly increasing turnover.
