Thanks to the identification and connection with new strategic customers, a major foundry based in Emilia Romagna was finally able to open its doors to foreign markets. For these countries we initiated a targeted outreach campaign towards potential customers, we quickly established direct dialogue with the Technical Director and Purchasing Manager of a global leader in gas engine production.

One of our in-house industry experts assisted our partner in presenting the foundry to prospects, highlighting their skills, quality, and unique selling proposition. We then developed a complete project - from casting to mechanical processing - for a major Austrian company interested in the finished product.

To meet the needs of the new international prospect, we supported our partner in upgrading their products. This led to the creation of new dedicated business lines.

The co-design process took one year of development. Today, the customer has secured an order worth nearly 4 Million Euros, with a projected growth up to 5 Million Euros annually.
